HOW TO CHOSE
A REPAIR AGENT

Some questions you may wish to consider are:

1. The response time before someone can attend to your situation.
   
   
2. Generally, how long do most repairs take?
   
   
3. Will you be made to wait for a part to be ‘repaired’ on failure or will you have it ‘replaced on the spot’.
   
   
4. Will you speak to the same technician each time you ring?  It is much better if someone remembers you and your situation.
   
   
5. Are they friendly?
   
   
6. Are you charged for phone support on every issue?
   
   
7. Do they offer free advice
   
   

BUYING A COMPUTER
